1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on destination and selected shipping service.

3. Shipping Destinations
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary by destination due to local regulations or carrier restrictions. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted regions.

7. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting documentation, including photographs.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor strikes, or transportation disruptions.
